Need to meet Granddaughter frequently as my daughter is expired

My daughter did suicide in September 2021 bcoz of family torture. We did FIR against her in-laws and husband. She had 3 year old daughter and we need to meet her frequently as her family doesn’t allowing us to meet her.

it's an cruality 498A. Husband or relative of husband of a woman subjecting her to cruelty.—Whoever, being the husband or the relative of the husband of a woman, subjects such woman to cruelty shall be pun­ished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years and shall also be liable to fine.
