Need to get bank statement of my brother in law how to proceed

Hello sir, i am ajay singh from hyderabad. i have deposited money into my brother in laws account over six years into his SBI branch. as i came back to hyderabad after six years and learned that he has not given the money to my wife over six years of time. now after query he tells that if any one getting my back statement through any source, he is going to file a police case against me and the bank. please suggest me the legal way to get the bank statement and make him learn a lesson.

Hi, you can absolutely get a statement from the Bank undoutedly and he will not going to do anything. It is your right to get the statement. First of all you can take print out of your side statement deposit of money into his account

for that you need to proceed through RTI Act and you will the details what ever you want and for that you need to proceed as proper per procedure which will help you get the all details as per your need.
