Need Legal Support for Mutual Relationship and Future Marriage

"I, Nitin, and Shailja have been in a relationship for more than 2 years. Everyone knows about it. My family has no issues with our relationship, but her father is not ready to accept it. My documented age is 20, and Shailja is also 20 years old. Her father is now arranging her marriage forcefully, even though she has no interest in it. This is being done under pressure. In this case, what should we both do? We both want to get married, but only after 2 years, and with each other. Please guide u

you can marry under the special marriage act court marriage you and your partner are both adults and want to get married after 2 years but her father is forcefully is marrying her off the law does not require any consent

you guys can marry together and both of u r major so no body can force both you and constitution of india gives you right but according to H. M. act your age must be 21 year for marriage until you guys attain age of marriage you can live in relationship and many more remedies available in law for more detail you can contact me.

yes you can go for live in relationship and take protection from court, and after that you can marry, yes you can go for live in relationship and take protection from court, and after that you can marry,

Nitin u can't marry until u have attained 21 years of your age as per ur aadhar card birth certificate and matriculation marksheet. You can file a domestic violence case under the PWDVA, 2005 against your parents or any other family member in the court. A temporary restraining order would be issued by the magistrate preventing your family member from forcefully marrying you with someone
