Need information on grounds of divorce

Suppose if husband tells that he is not satisfied with sexual intercourse with wife so he wants divorce ,and it is utterly false statement just to get divorce he is telling that. Does law takes this granted and give divorce to him without asking him the proof?

There are a number of fault grounds under which divorce can be granted. However, each ground has to be proved before the court. The courts also usually provide an opportunity to both the parties to reconcile their issues. Detailed opinion can be given only upon knowledge of full facts of the case.

He can not take this plea and even he take this plea only he cannot get divorce. I think this is only to blackmailing tactic nothing else. He should take some other reasonable ground only than he can get.

The husband can file petition for divorce on ground that the husband and wife donot cohabitate subject to certain conditions. Although the facts what you have provided are not complete to ascertain your legal position. No not at all it is not mentioned anywhere .There is no law that supports the version of the husband yes if marriage has not been consummated at all then its a ground of divorce U/s 12 of HMA. But satisfaction has no ends and limits therefore its not a valid objection for seeking divorce.
