Shaadi ke 1 month baad pata chala ki ladki ka kahi or afair h or bo abhi bhi usi ke sath contact me hai or usi ke sath rehna chahati h but direct nhi bolri kisi or se pata chala . Isiliye usne ladke ko first night me kuch karne bhi nhi diya ladke ko or boli hume is shaadi me nhi rehna infect hume ye shaadi karni hi nhi thi hamare pitaji ne jabardasti karai h. Or bolri h hamare pitaji se aap baat karo hamarna naam nhi aaye nhi 498 lagba denge hamare pitaji Advocate hai. Please help me. Suggest me kya karu

you can file a case of adultery and cruelty. you can send a notice to her and complain at the police station you can go in for settlement and compounding so that she does not file a 498a so this is one remedy
