need guidance for process against verbal, emotional & economical abuse

06-Nov-2024 (In Family Law)
i am in a love marriage of 11 yrs with my husband. my husband used to abuse me from college days physically, verbally & emotionally. after marriage i thought he would change but now he has started prioritizing his parents claiming that he is their only son, over me & my 10 yrs daughter well being knowing that we are dependent on him.due to this there has been fights which sometime turn into physical. so what is the legal approach to this situation?my daughter is taking a lot stress due to this.

Hello, Taking care of parents and prioritising them is not something negative. Moreover if you feel that your rights are being violated you can live separately and file a case against him for Mental and Physical torture and abuse. You can also file a case for maintenance for yourself and your daughter.
