Need Effective Advice for not giving divorce and can enter sasural

My in-laws and husband are very greedy. My mother on law, sister in laws interfered a lot. My husband is doing exactly same what her mother and sisters told him. I am not getting any money from my husband . I am not doing job. I have a baby girl My in-laws and husband played a trick they have sent me to my home and now they are not taking back from my home. They are not responding to any calls. Once did now they are saying they don't want this marriage. Kindly suggest how can I enter at sasural
If the behaviour of your husband and in-laws is intolerable towards you can anytime send a complaint regarding your grievances in writing to the police station according to your jurisdiction. And if you wish to go legal then you can also file a petition under section 12 DV or section 125 CrPC and claim maintenance for yourself as well as for your minor child. And if there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. I would suggest you to go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

File a case under domestic violence act and get a residence order from the court under section 19 of the act for securing yourself a share in the property in your in laws house and you can ask for maintenance also apart from that

entering your sasural depends on if the property belongs to your husband or not. if it belongs to him then you can enter it by right otherwise it is not possible to enter. For the upkeep of the baby and yourself you can claim a maintenance from your husband. kindly note that you cannot claim anything from the property of your father in law or mother in law or sister in law...It is easier if you can claim the proceeds against your husband

You first need to escalate this matter at social gathering including all your family, friends n others and see if things can amicably be solved. If not then u need to hire an expert advocate to start generating genuine evidences and get the complaint drafted to submit at caw cell

You also have the option to file for the Maintenance Claim and you can also explore the possibilities under Dowry Prohibition Act.
