You have the right to file for restitution of conjugal rights if you want to continue your marriage life . If your wife files divorce also you may not to lose your personal or ancestral property . Your wife has no automatic right to ask for your self acquired property, why because your marriage duration is very short . Since you started your business before your marriage . She was not having any right to ask your property because of a very short marriage period especially if you are not having children also . She was the only right to ask her streedhana what ever she offered at your marriage time to you, not more than that .

Your question is whether your wife would claim any property or you should any alimony to your wife. Apparently if she files a divorce petition, she might seek for permanent alimony for the dissolution of marriage. However, there are chances of filing maintenance case or DVC case instead of divorce case to seek financial settlement.
