Need a solution regarding family related issues for senior citizen

My father aged 76 allegedly getting mentally harrassed by my three uncle and their families who lives in same plot of my father.They wanted my father to leave his place so that they can capture the whole plot.My mother expired 2 years back and I'm only child (daughter)after marriage stays in Kolkata.Please give me some solution to make a peaceful environment.

read your matter and my suggestion to you to file a criminal case against all the accused person and take also partition of the scheule property please not just to read some line cant define your matter one has to knw every aspect of the matter for further enquiry or legal assistence pleae fell free to contact

First of all make a general diary to the local police station for informing them, if any, unusual thing happens. It is advisable if you sought for a case of partition, so that everyones plot is been titled individually by court of law. Consult your lawyer elaborately for more details
