Need a draft agreement for settlement of expenses and gifts after Roka

Hi,
I got Rokafied on 3rd July. However,after 2 months, due to non compatibility of nature with the girl, i denied for marriage. With mutual consent, boys (my) family agreed to pay the expenses incurred on Roka ceremony by girl's side and girls side have agreed to return back gifts given to them. Please send a draft agreement for proof of settlement of expenses and gifts.
Well it is called memorandum of understanding in detail regarding entire inventory it's description and weight etc duly signed by both parties with two witnesses and it has entire detail about settlement
