Nbw issue by lower court and same case is pending in High court

Hi,
My brother in law's wife file FIR and we appeal Aurangabad High court for quashing and ammedmend but lower courts issue continues NBW
What we do
Well, apart from getting the FIR quashed, for which you have filed an Application, parallely, you need to file an application to seek Anticipatory Bail, if you won't get Anticipatory Bail, then this NBW issued by the lower court can be executed & implemented by the Police by arresting you. Thus, to save yourself from being arrested, seek Anticipatory Bail.
