Natural guardian certificate for my sister who is 15 years old.

My mother passed away in 2012 and my father in 2019.My sister is 15 years old and I am 20 years old I want to apply for guardian certificate.please help me how

you need to file for guardian ship in court of law there are two types for which it is filed one is file for only custody another is filed for selling property you need to tell why do wish certificate in case of selling property in your sister name you need documents of property like sale, market value, ec
