My wife filed false fir & case against me, my older father, mother and

My wife filed false fir & case against me, my older father, mother and two sisters u/s 498A/406/315 IPC & 3/4 D.P.Act. She also filed several false cases u/s 354, 323, 125, 12 alonwith 23 and u/s 125. Actually my wife tortured me from beginning of our marriage by physically and mentally. I was not complained against her due to my social aspect. Lastly I escaped from her and she requested to back. But I denied to go and stay with her as I dislike and no faith. After that she filed the above case. After escaping from her, I informed written to police for behavior of wife and request to treat this as a FIR by post but no action had taken by police. Please suggest and help me in this regard. My wife case filed 4numbers and she is very everyone controlled woman. At present I am in bail at home with my older father and mother and mentally disturbed.
I think I already advised you to get in touch with a good criminal high court lawyer and get all documents vetted and if there is some reasonable ground to get those fir quashed then go forit. if its not possible then hire a good trial advocate who can help you with either discharge or acquittal depending on your case.

you need to also take action immediately against your wife so that your wife also gets punished and also you must take the action with all immediately so that the effect grows stronger many do not know the procedure
