my wife and her family side, they are pressurizing me to get separate

Hello sir,
my self vikas singh, i am currently staying in Bangalore and i need your help on my married life.
actually i got married November 2017, and it was going well for initial 6 months but after that from my wife and her family side, they are pressurizing me to get separate from my family.
if i will not do as per their choice then they will put dowry case against me and my family.
please suggest me what i should do to now in this case, how i can save my family
Your wife and her family is getting the misuse of the Law, but don't worry if possible Video record everything they tell you ( This will benefit you when they file the case against you ) and you appoint a lawyer.

Wife asking you to get seperated from your family members is a Cruelty against you. This has been held by Hon'ble Supreme Court. Its important to collect evidence at this stage as it will be important to adduce evidence if any case is filed against you. Even if they file a case do not worry as they need to prove beyond all reasonable doubt.

Hi Vikas, it is sad that your wife and their family are not sensitive enough to treat your parents well and take care of them as one family. Please note that you cannot disown or leave your parents as per the advice or pressure from your wife and her family because as per law it is your duty to take care of the maintenance and well being of your dependent parents.
Hence I suggest you to first convince your wife and if she is with you then no need to bother about others and her family.
As you have been threatened about filing of a dowry case through illegal means by your inlaws, I suggest to record their threatens so that you have a proof at later point in time to justify that you are innocent. Contact me in case of any free assistance.
