My Step Mother want the gold back given to me at the time of my marria

My Step Mother is asking the gold back which was given to me at the time of my marriage. I had a huge fight with my father and now she is asking.My father had not said anything but she is saying I need the money which we have spend on you and gold. Can my step mother and father file a case and take it back

No, they cannot ask the same back as it was a gift and not a loan from their side. Although they can emotionally pressurise you and make allegations but the same will not hold water in the investigation. Open to Further queries. Regards, Adv. M. K. Vohra, M. K.
