My sister in law's interference in our married life.

I am hindu.and married with same relegion guy before 2 years .and now we live separate from my husband since 10 month due to more interference of my sister in law.ow I am confused what to do next

1. u can file restitution case 2. u can file divorce in this case u can file divorce . Divorce is permitted only for a grave reason otherwise given other alternative. The Hindu Marriage Act is based on the fault theory in which any one of the aggrieved spouses (Section 13(1)) can approach the court of law and seek the remedy of divorce

Hi you can file case for divorce or if want to ho back to matrimonial house then can file case for Restitution. need more details for better advice. you have not mentioned about any issues out of the said marriage.
