1. Physically assaults my mother.
2. Threatens to falsely accuse my father and brother of rape.
3. If things don’t go her way, she threatens to harm us and file false allegations.
4. Tries to defame our family everywhere.
5. Abuses and harms our pet dog and even threatens to kill it.
6. Pretends to attempt suicide so that no one can question her actions.
7. Locks herself in the bathroom for hours (1-2 hours) to do drugs.

It would be advisable to file a Criminal complaint or atleast an application in this regard to bring it on record. If filing FIR is an ok option do not forget to mention the drug related angle. However it is advised to discuss the whole issue with an advocate and file any complaint or application only under his supervision or else it may backfire strongly.
Keeping silent in such cases is no doubt the worst option.
If her behaviour is intolerable towards you then you can anytime send a complaint regarding your grievances in writing to the police station according to your jurisdiction. And if you wish to go legal and if there's no scope of living together then you can also disown her from your movable and immovable property.
