My parents mentally harassing me to get out of home what should I do

My parent told me get out of home with my 9 year old daughter I am divorcee.. I was into forced marriage at age of 17 year. My husband was bad man jobless.i work in small company daily bread pay daughter fees my dad gave me small home now they want it back so mentally harrasing me. I need u to help me I can't pay u high bill they also purposely say I rob their all money.. still next day they purchased big machine of 1.5 lakh..i have been beaten my father to leave home I am not saying give me property at give me 5 year so I could save some money for rent school.. My parent earn monthly more then 5 lakh on rent and hotel business. When I was small they sent for working giving tea to all company. Now in return they telling leave home. What should I do?
As such unless you were unmarried it was yours father's liablity to maintain you but with your marriage it is your husband. Liablity to maintain you and your child .
Your parents liablity is no more .
You can not claim share in your father's property during his life time but if he dies without will you have right.
If your father has any ancetrial property you can claim right in it but as on now I would advice you to seek maintenec from your husband including a residence.
