My older brother...bother me to long time

I live in first floor and my older brother live on second floor same building, my brother toilet drange line leakage and his bad water come in my room..i many time request him, but he did not repair it..it has been passed around 1 year.. i did police complain but police also did not take any action...eed legal advice

Firstly, you need to give legal notice to your brother through Advocate for nuisance and claim damages against the same. thereafter, if he doesn't agree then file a suit for the same. Regards, M. K. Vohra & Associates
