Can the people from his house forcibly bring me and my girlfriend home?...or Or can his father, mother or anyone from his house file a case against us?...or can we take any legal action after shifting to someone else's house together?
If both of you are adults and have willingly chosen to live together, no one can legally force you to return to your respective homes. the question by you is here not clear but as I presume that you and your girl friend are staying with someone else. if both of you are major then no one file a case against you for any thing however it is advisable that one should file a declaration before the court and take the restraining order so that noone can disturb you
