My mother in law and sister in law problem

My mother in law always asking money and things r demanding to my husband. My husband all times getting loan and we are suffering lot.also my fil getting 10k pension, living in our own house no rent expenses .but still burdening us.i want to make them legal action on them as well my sister-in-law daughter living with them,so they’re not take caring their child that also another trouble for us... great headache buz of them.. pls help me
the kind of cruelty from your in laws is the mental torture, the mother in law and father in law creates problem to you but your husband has no problem but he takes Lian and torture you to get money from your parental house and it is a clear cut Dowry case therefore you take note of these and give a complaint on Dowry case and domestic violence xase

Since it is family problem it has to to dealt with only within the family at worst only by you and your husband. There is no legal remedy for the same as no law is applicable i India. However if you have any legal issues it can be guided properly.
