My In-laws trying to separate my husband from me

After my husband's brain tumor surgery, he keeps forgetting things and still in healing process. Since, ours is an intercaste love marriage ( he SC , me Gen) my in-laws are trying to get us separated. They also don't want him to to live with me and keep telling all things bad about me. We love each other and want to stay with him together.
analysing your own situation if both of you have sufficient resources, you could live seperately.. this wil save your family relations as well as living seperately will and being there for eachother will help the recovery of your husband and help him heal faster as there will be no fight, cold war etc in the house.
You can also opt to file case against the relative of your husband for subjecting you to cruelty under BNS Act
