My husband wants to divorce me. What I have legal rights?

I married for 9 years. I have two sons 7 years old and 17 months old. Last night, my husband beaten me when I was holding my 17 months year old son in exchange I attacked him with sccior which was near me. He got finger bleeding. My husband and both parents in law started to argument with me. When I started to complain, They said, "Why am I leaving my husband? Why dont I leave?" We are currently living in nagpur. I called my father which are in Meerut to complain. My husband recorded it.

This is extremely tragic. You need to approach the police against the harassment meted out to you. Simultaneously, file a domestic violence case against your husband and in laws before the appropriate court. You might want to pray for maintenance from court for yourself as well as your sons.
