Restitution of conjugal rights is a legal process that allows a spouse to petition the court to force their partner to live with them again after they have withdrawn from the marriage. The aggrieved party can petition the district court if their partner has withdrawn from the marriage without a reasonable excuse. The court will grant restitution if they are satisfied that the statements in the petition are true and there is no legal reason to deny the request.
