My husband and in laws thorwn me out from house and my husband went to Dubai with company work how can I get them back through law?
My mother in law says infront of panchayat that this house is my name and I will not let it be here.The whole family wants me to leave my husband (including my husband) but I don't want to be separated from my husband then what should I do?

Hi,it is advisable to register a FIR U/S 498A in the women cell for dowry harassment ..Also file a complaint of domestic violence in court ...You can also file a maintenance application under section 125 crpc for seeking monthly allowance
