Hello
Me and my husband were in a relationship for long 11.5years after which we got married and it’s been 2years we are married to each other.. from April 10 i am at my parents home as he asked me not to come back even i tried going back 3 but they ask me to leave home after 1week.. my husband talks to me but he doesn’t want me to come back home. My mistake was I opened my devrani’s almirah when no one was at home that’s it and not they say we don’t trust you and my devrani manipulated everyone
If the behaviour of your husband is intolerable towards you can anytime send a complaint regarding your grievances in writing to the police station according to your jurisdiction. And if you wish to go legal then you can also file a petition under section 12 DV or section 125 CrPC and claim maintenance for yourself. And if there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. I would suggest you to go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
RCR can be filed in your case where the court will direct your husband to fulfil his marital obligations. RCR(Restitution of Conjugal Rights) is where a spouse can petition the court to restore marital rights, such as living together. If you’re looking for information about the process, format, or legal guidance, let me know, and I can provide assistance.
