My friend live separately from her parents can she claim maintenance

My friend want to separate from her parents but she want her monthly expense from them only because she is tired from their fights and she want to live with me as a friend we both are 18+ . so i want legal advice about that how can she do that without running from home.

Ur fraind want to live separate from her parentAnd she want monthly expenses from. Her parents, if she not married then parents is liable for had maintenance, and parents is refused then she can live at woman's home
