my father property registration

In aprx-2009 year, my own sisters( total we are 3 ,am the younger )decided with written document says, take care of parents so you will get half of agriculture land and the land with house. my eldest sister asked for nothing and said i will not take care of parents what ever their needs you have to handle and give me 10 grms of gold as a share. middle sister also agreed for that and she will take another half land of agriculture, Now in 2024 my eldest sister refuses to register land against us.
hi first need to see whether any agreement was executed between your sisters regarding partition earlier and if she is not refusing to register the document then you could send a legal notice to register the document
