My Father is not paying fees and blaming my mother's character

I've 2 sisters 21 and 13. I'm 18 years old . My father is refusing to pay our fees .nHe's abusive with my mother and us but no one in family believes us so we left home. He told my mother and my elder sister to leave the house but me and little sister also went with them because he's very abusive. What should we do? (Also he's financially well he's paying my uncle's sons fees)

hello according to your query you can file a maintenance petition in nearest court and you can file in FIR against against your father please contact me immediately definitely will help you in this matter further more please contact me immediately
