My family is making false accusations against me

I am a male, age 31 years. My wife was harassed by my family (mom, dad and sisters) thus I left the home with her. After 8 month my parents have made complaint against me in Senior citizen committee and Women welfare committee that I have taken their money to buy a house and have removed them from the house.They are showing old transactions and asking for a lot of money from me as lumpsum and asking for an amount every month. What do I do?

Any marriage solemnized, whether before or after the commencement of the Act, may, on a petition presented by either the husband or the wife, be dissolved by a decree of divorce on the ground that the other party. (ia) has, after the solemnization of the marriage, treated the petitioner with cruelty

What the law says is a moral obligation to serve one's parents. You can't make any loopholes. As you say, the fact that your parents have lodged a police complaint against you is part of the evidence whether it is true or false, but today you cannot deny your duty. There is nothing that you can do about it.
