My family is doing mentally torturing me they are not giving me any

I am 16 years old girl and my parents are doing mentally torturing me they take my whenever they want and they are not giving me any money for my survival and they are not giving permission me to go somewhere with my friends they are not allowing me to work what should I do without any work how can I get money? And freedom
