My family has illegally detained me in my house?

Hello, I am 25 years old female. Planning to get married and Im a Hindu. The guy with whom I will marring is married, but he's has applied for divorce. So probably by next year he will complete his procedure. So I'm waiting for him to finish up his procedure. Now parents are harassing me and threatening me, that if I marry that guy after his divorce also they will harm me and him too. I have been locked in a house, I am not allowed to talk to him or meet him too, infact they are not allowing me to get down of my house and meet my friends also. I can't call and speak to anyone. Every now and then they harass me that they will harm me and him. They are pressing me to leave him, where in I don't want to leave him, I want to marry him. Kindly suggest what I should do in this scenario?
Your are a minor and legally capable to take ur decision.You can ask some one to file a complaint you being missing and not excessable when police comes for enquiry and when police question us plz ask them to shift you to a women shelter as you hve threat to life and feel unsafe

Since you used internet to communicate you kindly send mail to nearest police authority or lodge online complaint. Else mail any of your friend/ well wisher to approach police and state your problem. If possible you may contact police on phone by any manner/ trick.

As you are major sound mind you have full right to select your life partner. The act of your parent amount to physical harassment for that you can make police complaint in local police station . Regards
