My Daughter in law torturing me and my husband.

My age 53, my husband 63. 2sons living in our house with their wife's. House is in me n my husband's name. My elder son and his wife living in a separate part of the house. Younger son n her wife living with us. Since my elder son's married her wife physically and mentally torturing me. 2 years ago she also filed 498A case against us. The tourtar happens on my son's absence. I am a patient of hyper tension and blood sugar. My husband is also very ill. Elder daughter in law asking for my jewellery and to transfer the right of the house on her name. What should I do? Please help.
