My brother's son creating nuisance at home

We are 6 brother's staying together in a joint family out of which 2 brother's are dead. Son of one of my deceased brother creates nuisance at home daily. He keeps on using abusive language and threats to our family stating he will not let us live here properly because of a tiff with one of my other brother. Me and my wife are senior citizens with heart and blood pressure issues. How to deal with this kind of nuisance legally. Please Advice.
you have two options either you file a suit for partition or you can initiate criminal prosecution against them. if you file a partition suit you can have your own share in your house . Both ways it will work but if you file a partition suit for your own share of property it would be better. you also have the same right as they have over the property and no one can expel you from your own house .
