Q: I was beaten and Physically assaulted by a teacher for a small issue
I was late to school due to a Rapido delay and reached at 9:10. A teacher slapped me 15–20 times, my glasses fell twice, and my friend was hit with a steel scale. We were made to stand outside for 3 hours. Later, two girls who were also late were allowed to enter without punishment. This was humiliating and discriminatory. I request action against the staff involved.
Advocate Devashish Kumar Sahoo answered
Complain to the higher authority or Block education officer, if he doesn't listen then to the District Education officer. Give a complaint in writing to the police and keep a copy of that complaint. You can also approach the Human Rights commission for such indiscriminatory behaviour.

Can a pending case property ,which is under syatusco be registered by sub register ?
Advocate Devashish Kumar Sahoo answered
as per doctrine of lis pendence one shall not alienate his property till the disposal of suit even if you have not specifically sought for, but as a good legal practitioner I would advise you to ask specifically for an injunction not to sell the suit land till the disposal of the case.
Q: Bail related question. After grant a bail
After grant a bail. How many days to get released.
Advocate Devashish Kumar Sahoo answered
Bail is not your acquittal. you have got bail till the trial of your case. If your guilt is proved then you will be asked to surrender or a warrant of arrest will be issued against you. Release on bail depends upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
