My brother and his GF are harassing our parents for marriage. Help.

My brother and gf torture my family for marriage we belongs to other caste.earlier time when any one asked them for their relationship they told we r just friends but now they want to marry thats why my family is too much upset .the girl misbehaved to each of my family member nd also sometime blackmailed my family like i have proof i shall file a case against u and i shall suicide and also my brother started blackmailing my family.and girls never give her parents contact no my parents asked many time. what we have to do in this condition.
You can file a complaint of criminal intimidation for the threats given by your brother's GF and also can file complaint at police station against your brother. File a complaint at police station against your brother and his Girl Friend. Your father can disowned him and If he want to disown his son then, he will publish a notice in a local newspaper of his intention to disown his son and then he will have no relationship with him.
