My Bhabhi Put False Allegations and Not Coming Back In Law House

At in law house..only i mom and bhabhi use to stay...my brother father stays away due to job....
She went to her home telling she will come after rakhi...but now she putted false allegations on me about sexual harrasment as reason for not coming back....she has also kept 1 year old daughter with her...brother talked but she is not willing to come at home nor wanting to stay with brother...she has a govt job...what can we do and can my brother give her divorce without alimony and custody daughter
First of all, find out the real reason for your sister-in-law not coming back.
If there is no reasonable reason then the brother has the legal right to send a legal notice to a good lawyer to re-establish his marital life. If it is not complied with within the stipulated time, then take legal action in the competent court.
