my parents had love marrige my father is from jaipur and his cast is SC and my mother is from banswara my mothers cast is ST after their marrige my father shifted in banswara so I wa born in banswara and lived our life in banswara following my mothers thats why i have question that can i made my cast certificate as my mothers name

The child will normally get the father’s caste/tribe certificate.So, if the father is SC, the child will be considered SC (not ST).If the father is ST, the child will be considered ST.Exception (Mother’s caste certificate for child):In some Supreme Court and High Court judgments (like Rameshbhai Dabhai Naika v. State of Gujarat, 2012), it has been held that if: 1. The child is brought up in the mother’s community, 2. The child faces the same social, educational, and economic disadvantages as that community, and 3. The family can prove social acceptance in the mother’s community,then the child may get the mother’s caste/tribe certificate. But this is not automatic — it requires proper inquiry and verification.
