My abusive parents are trying to threaten my love partner

I am 17 year old teenager i am planning to move out with my bf the next year as soon as i will be of legal age my parents are abusive to me and they are threatening my bf that they will set a inquiry against him I want to cut off with my parents i dont know what to do in this matter please advice me.
Well, you first become a Major by completing 18 years of age, then make some bank balance and then think of getting married, otherwise, without the assistance of your Parents, how will you pay the fees of lawyer, whether your BF will co-operate with you in paying the fees for getting you married with him? For your kind info, your BF needs to complete 21 years of age and you need to complete 18 years of age in order to get married in India
