Muslim wife threats for money and property

Please help on this case..there is a Hindu guy who was married to a Muslim girl with Muslim rituals.The girl never want him to live with his parents.After five years of this relationship husband wants divorce but girl was not ready for it.husband contacted a lawyer who finalize the divorce as per shariyat with proper papers and maintaince of rs 6000 for girl child..now this lady threatens him for more money also created drama in neighborhood and forcefully put her name and child's name in the property which is effective after his mother's death.its been two years now but she still threatens him for money. The guy wants to marry a girl but his ex wife abused that girl and threatens her also..and ask for money.
If the marriage was as per Muslim laws then Mehr has to be given
