Mother not willing to split property between son and widow daughter

18-Jul-2023 (In Family Law)
I am staying with my mother in law and brother in law's family in greater noida after my husband died in road accident some years back. My mother in law isn't in good terms with her son and I have been serving her through thick and thin and in her ill health too. My father in law made a will where he made mother in law complete authority to split the will. But now she is fighting with me so that I leave the house. I want to know if I have rights on this property or not. Please suggest.

Yes, definitely you have a right over the property of your father in law as your husband was also a shareholder in the said property and household sehold and therfore you are also a part of the family and legally that right cannot be taken away
