Mother-in-law posting biodata of my wife without divorce

Hi team,nMy mother-in-law has been a dominant figure and has always controlled my wife to run my house according to her will. After my wife returned her home, she has not returned and filed a false 498A case along with 125 CrPC, Section 12 DV, RCR + HMA 24 case. Meanwhile, my mother-in-law has started posting my wife's biodata on Facebook and Shadi.com groups. What can I do regarding this? How can I use this for dismissing the false cases filed by them and denying maintenance?nnThanks

you can file a case for divorce on the ground of cruelty before the appropriate court. rest the remaining cases will proceed side by side. denying maintenance is an issue which will not help your case because you will have to pay maintenance when you're living separately and specially when proceedings are pending against you. for further queries please feel free to contact

As far as the biodata is concerned she can’t marry legally because it will be a criminal offence if she marries again in her lifetime. And for 498a you must apply for anticipatory bail first and the maintenance is decided by the gap between the salary of both the parties. It’s just a matter of arguments.
