Mother in law having relationship physical relationship with husband

my widow Mother In Law is having a physical relationship with my husband (her son) what legal action can i take?
It is a prohibited degree of relationship as per Hindu Law or any other personal laws in our country, which creates serious damage to the society, which is completely a serious traditional setback and moral breach which has to be severely condemned.. please ascertain whether they are in a relationship and take them for counselling.

If you can prove it in Court You may get divorce, invariably they both will deny such a relationship, , but how can you prove it. And if you are not able to prove it , what allegation you are making is a very serious one and may backfire on you
