Mother in law file bogas case for domestic violence

Sir just wanted to know what should i can do to prove myself innocence .she is just harassing me last five years and she want property from my father in law but filing case she used me and my husband as a respondent. Now advocate also saying judge will pass judgment to leave my matrimonial house so is it right without any arrgument and justice to me such order can be pass???i need justice how can anyone can file case and innocence people cant get justice on that .m mislim lady five years complete of my marriage
