Mother in Law Demanding Divorce and Hiding My Daughter

My self Manuel Am Working in MNC for 7 years , Last Month My father Had an Massive Heart Surgery was Held up in Hospital taking care of Him, So I have some financial Drawback last month so I requested my wife to support one month house expense , For this my Mother in law Interferes and Insulted Me in verbally and tried to Physically Hurt me, However I Explained her my situation , But she Made an Big issue between me and Wife Demands Divorce and taken my daughter 2 years without my knowledge.
If you and your wife are happy in matrimony, nothing matters. Please talk to your wife on a one-to-one basis and explain your financial position convincingly. Advise her not to let her be influenced by her mother's ill-advice and not press for a divorce.

You cannot forcefully ask her to give the monthly expenses because of your father's ill health, but u can request her to support with finance since your unexpected hospitalized expenses, but also it's your wife wish to give to you or not, if she has left u , u file for restitution of congugal rights
