misuse of senior citizen maintenance act against son

Hi sir/madam, Greetings, I am Nabeel from Tamilnadu, aged 35 yrs. my father has filed a senior citizen maintenance act against me. I am taking care of him all his basics needed and I am giving him rs 10,000 monthly for his hand expenses for the past 7 to 8 years. even I have registered a 50 lakhs rupees land on his name. now his greedy has increased and now he is demanding 30 thousand rupees every month. as my situation is bad now and I couldn't pay him that much big amount every month, so he has filed a false senior citizen maintenance case against me. even I don't need the land which I registered for him. considering this I request you, philanthropists, to guide me to overcome from this greedy father. in advance thanks Nabeel
