Ma'am, Agar aap strict action lena chahti hai to ap domestic violence ki complaint file kaein. You should lodge a case :- Fraud/Fake Identity: Section 69 (Intercourse by deceitful means/hidden identity) and Section 83 (Fraudulent marriage). Forced Abortion: Section 89 (Causing miscarriage without woman’s consent) — this is a very serious, non-bailable offense. Cruelty & Torture: Section 85 & 86 (Cruelty by husband or relatives) and the Domestic Violence Act. Cheating: Section 318 (For cheating regarding family/caste details). Immediate Step: Go to a Mahila Thana (Women’s Police Station) to file an FIR. If the police refuses then you can also directly file complaint case in court having jurisdiction.
