My friend want to live independently and don't want to live with family because of their bad behaviour. She ran away from home two times but her family take her again. Now, her phone also taken by them and restrict her to move out from house. She asked me once to go legally to make her free from house. She will give statement in court if required. All she want is to out from house. But she can't file a case because she can't able go outside. Now, can I file a case on behalf of her.
U can go and report this issue to mahela police thana or her house local police station about this problem they will help you out if they don’t u can ollso give report in s.p office or darz pariwaad in court ollso
