Mental Harassment by Wife - Legal Options

31 year old, 5 years of marriage. My wife constantly keeps harassing me. Degrading me, my work/ income, my parents & relatives 24*7. My earnings are 50k/ month as of now, assurance of doubling before end of the year - she is well aware of it. Keeping my phone and bank passwords, checking and asking for details of each and every call I get/ make, but not sharing hers, etc. If I deny on anything, she'll keep shouting/ harassing for hours, or days, till I give in to her demands. I have no major proof of all this - a few recorded phone calls, that's it. It's affecting my mental health severely, and effects also in career now. My parents stay in hometown. Their only interaction with her is 4-5 days a year when we meet, or a formal phone call every month or two. 1. Is there anything I can do legally? 2. What if I just run away and abscond for a few months or a year. I don't care much about career - I'll make it back, if I would want to. But can she implicate my parents in any false case?
