What should i do as my parents are harassing me mentally and torturing me emotionally from past 1-1.5 years and are also not keeping up with my fundamental rights

Since there is a question of fundamental right involved here, it is better to apply for an injunction against the parents from the supreme court. however the court decides the case on merit hence the fundamental right violation will be questioned by the court and the same has to be replied prudently. for any other injunction high court is the best place to apply for
